This is a good looking  1,300 sq. ft. brick bungalow with 3 beds 1.5 bathrooms.  It sits between Optimist-Parkgrove Playground and Bessy Playground.  Both parks  are less than 2 blocks away.  Upgrades are needed in the kitchen and bathroom.  The garage is falling apart and tuck pointing is needed on the exterior of this house.   There are minor visible cracks in the foundation, and could use some water proofing.  Electrical is intact with 60 amp breaker.  Copper has been removed.  The water heater is still in place, but needs some repair or replacement.
