We have received a tremendous response to purchase Side Lots! Once you have applied, you will receive further updates via email from [email protected] regarding the status of your application. Please respond accordingly. DLBA's dynamic Sales and Programs team will continue to process the applications according to policy and in a timely manner.
Side Lots are an ongoing vacant land sales program offered by the DLBA since 2014. Side Lots are vacant lots adjacent to the applicant’s occupied property on the left side, right side, rear or diagonally behind (even across an alley, but not across the street). Side Lots will be sold for $100.
Side Lots will be made available exclusively to adjacent neighbors for 180 days. After 180 days the lots will become eligible for sale to interested buyers through other Land Reuse Programs. For more information, click here.
By entering your address, available Accessory Structure Lots & Oversize Lots with street adjacency will also appear for eligible purchasers. Oversize Lots are priced at $200 and Accessory Structures are priced at $250.
