Open Houses

Open Houses offer potential buyers a chance to see upcoming Auction properties in-person before placing bid. Prior to COVID, Open Houses were sheduled on weekends, two weeks ahead of the property's Auction date. Open Houses remain suspended due to COVID health and safety concerns, but you can still tour a house before making a purchase. Board Meetings

The DLBA is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the State of Michigan, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan, and Detroit City Council. The Board of Directors conducts public meetings monthly. Click here for information on the next meeting.
